Partners program terms

These terms govern participation in the Power CM Software referral program.

1. Participation and scope

The program is free, voluntary and non-exclusive. You must be an adult, have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate information. If acting for a business, you must be authorized to represent it. Acceptance is recorded in your profile. Participation does not require purchasing products or recruiting participants.

Your role is to recommend products through identifiable links. You may not enter contracts, offer warranties, grant discounts or assume obligations on behalf of Power CM without written authorization. Participation alone does not create employment, partnership, franchise or commercial agency. Your promotional costs and professional obligations are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Account, team and permissions

Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Invite only people expecting your invitation. Do not share a password between workers. The owner manages access and must remove it when no longer needed. Usage limits and anti-abuse measures apply.

Workers work on tasks, contacts and links their permissions allow. They do not manage payouts or change ownership of commissions. All commissions always belong to the owning partner account. Partners does not split income or pay wages or commissions to workers. Any agreement between an owner and their team is managed outside the program.

New ecosystems are shared with the team by default; the owner can make them private. Removing internal access does not erase existing copies or automatically deactivate a public link already shared. Review public page content before sharing it.

3. Links and attribution

Use the complete campaign link to promote a specific initiative. An ecosystem link presents a product collection. Do not remove parameters or replace another person's identifier. Creating a CRM contact, task, click or installation does not itself reserve a commission.

The first valid referral is linked to the customer's verified registration, or first verified purchase for products without accounts, within 30 days after the click. The link's creation date is not the attribution window: the click and subsequent valid conversion matter. Browser restrictions, switching devices, declining storage where applicable or missing valid referrals may prevent attribution. Sales are not attributed solely on screenshots, statements or uploaded contacts.

Self-purchases, duplicate accounts, fabricated registrations, impersonation and fraudulent referrals do not earn commissions. Products without active integration are identified in the catalog; sharing them does not promise a commission. Bitcoin mining rewards are excluded. Attribution issues may be submitted for review with partner ID, product, campaign and date, avoiding sensitive customer data.

4. Commission and duration

Independent Creator Network apps have their own commission percentage and duration, set by the Creator and shown in the programme listing. The standard 25% and 20% rates do not automatically apply. Check the Creator Network terms and each app’s terms before promoting it.

Specific rule for QbitMarketHub: The partner refers a creator through their verified registration link. That creator's future eligible sales, including renewals, generate 1% of the eligible net amount for the partner, for four calendar years from the creator’s verified attributed signup. The period ends on its fourth anniversary (UTC); sales, renewals and pauses do not restart it. It is funded within QbitMarketHub's 4% fee: 1% for the partner and 3% for Qbit before processing costs. This is neither an additional 1% charged to the creator nor 1% of the fee. Only transactions processed by the active integration with the eligible fee qualify; self-purchases, direct platform sales without that fee, taxes and unpaid transactions are excluded. Refunds and disputes adjust the commission. Attribution must remain valid and program compliance and termination terms apply. The marketplace's low fee makes the opportunity depend on actual transaction volume, without guaranteed results.

For eligible Power CM products under standard terms: 25% of the eligible net amount of each subscription payment for 12 months from that subscription's first actual payment and 20% of eligible one-time purchases. A free trial or zero-value invoice does not start the period. This is 12 calendar months, not 12 payments. Pauses, renewals and refunds do not restart the same subscription's window.

You do not have to publish continuously during those 12 months to earn commission on already attributed eligible payments. Attribution must remain valid and these terms must be met. There is no guarantee that the customer will buy, renew or spend a particular amount.

The base excludes taxes and discounts. Refunds reduce commission proportionally and disputes may hold or reverse it. Calculations use the smallest currency unit and round down. Average catalog prices are indicative: they are not actual average earnings, sales forecasts or necessarily the commission you will receive.

5. Availability, withdrawals and taxes

Commission becomes available 30 days after an eligible payment, unless there is a refund, dispute or justified review. You may request a withdrawal from USD 25 or its EUR equivalent using the latest daily ECB reference, rounded up to the next cent. The dashboard shows the threshold and date. This reference does not convert balances or fix a transfer exchange rate. Balances remain separate by currency.

Requesting a withdrawal is not the same as receiving payment. The team verifies details and records payment, rejection or necessary clarification. Provide a valid payout account and applicable tax details or documents. Do not send passwords or private keys. Any transfer costs to be passed on are communicated before transfer; automatic currency conversion is not assumed.

A later refund may create a negative balance offset against future commissions. You may request transaction review. You are responsible for reporting income and meeting tax obligations. Account closure does not remove accrued rights or valid debts; pending amounts are reconciled under these terms and applicable law.

6. Stablecoin payout preferences

You may specify USDC for USD balances or EURC for EUR balances on Base or Ethereum. The team confirms amount, token, network, address and costs before transfer. Saving a preference or requesting withdrawal does not execute a transaction. There is no automatic currency conversion. Check your wallet accepts the native token and selected network. Confirmed transfers cannot be reversed from Partners and stablecoins may vary against their reference currency.

7. Advertising and prohibited practices

Clearly and visibly disclose that you may receive a commission for the recommendation. The disclosure must accompany the content or link, including videos and social media, in a way the audience understands. Follow platform rules and the laws where you promote.

Spam, purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis, unsolicited bulk messages, hiding the sender and ignoring unsubscribe requests are prohibited. Do not use forced cookies, hidden redirects, automated traffic, deceptive incentivized clicks, fictitious accounts or techniques that replace another partner's referral.

Do not publish fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, unsupported claims or promises of income, profitability or guaranteed results. Do not impersonate an official website or register names, domains or profiles suggesting you are Power CM. Confusing use of trademarks in ads, domains or campaigns requires written authorization. Do not distribute unlawful or discriminatory content or infringe third-party rights.

8. Materials, AI and intellectual property

You may use kit materials to promote products within the program, following their instructions, trademarks and licenses. This does not transfer software or trademark ownership. Your content must have the necessary permissions for third-party images, voices, music, testimonials and data.

AI tools can help prepare content, but you must check accuracy before publishing. Do not present a simulated demo as an existing feature or share personal or confidential information or access keys with external services without sufficient grounds and authorization. Products may change; check current features and prices.

9. Contacts and team data

Upload only data necessary for lawful activity. Inform your contacts and have a valid processing basis and, where required, advertising consent. A team invitation is not consent to commercial campaigns. Do not upload sensitive data categories or information about minors. The platform does not automatically send CRM campaigns.

Respect access permissions, confidentiality and deletion requests. Do not reuse team contacts for personal purposes without a legitimate basis. The privacy policy explains Power CM's processing and data recipients.

10. Review, suspension and termination

We may restrict features or suspend access on reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, breach, security risk or legal obligation. Measures must be proportionate to the risk. Where possible, we will explain the reason and review process; urgent action may precede notice. Disputed amounts may remain pending during verification without automatically forfeiting valid commissions over every disagreement.

You may stop participating and request closure through support. Before leaving a team, hand over or delete its data as instructed by the owner. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; necessary incidents and reconciliations will be managed. Liability is determined by applicable law without excluding mandatory rights or liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury where applicable.

If you voluntarily delete a campaign or ecosystem and confirm the warning, its identified links stop earning commission on payments and renewals after deletion, even if shared earlier. Deleting an ecosystem also deletes its campaigns. Product access and commissions earned before the cutoff remain, subject to refunds and adjustments. Older direct links without a campaign or ecosystem identifier cannot be associated retrospectively with that collection and are not changed.

11. Changes and issue resolution

Sales retain the rate recorded when generated. Material changes for future participation will be communicated before taking effect and acceptance requested when needed. Validly accrued commissions are not changed retroactively by a simple catalog update. If you do not wish to continue under new terms, you may request termination and reconciliation.

German law applies without depriving anyone of mandatory protections under other applicable laws. No exclusive forum contrary to legal rights is imposed. For disputes, contact support first with transaction details; this does not limit your right to contact the competent authority or court.

12. Product availability and withdrawal

We may temporarily suspend or remove products from the catalog for maintenance, security, legal requirements or commercial closure. Urgent technical, security or legal measures may occur without prior notice; we will inform participants afterwards where possible. A planned permanent commercial withdrawal will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Creating or sharing a link does not reserve an attribution or guarantee commissions. Catalog withdrawal prevents new promotions and attributions from its effective date, but does not by itself cancel earlier valid attributions: eligible payments retain their applicable conditions and duration, including QbitMarketHub’s four years. Interruptions do not restart or extend that period; eligible payments received during an incident will be reconciled when the integration is restored.

If the product actually ceases operating and no new eligible payments occur, no new commissions arise. Accrued commissions remain payable subject to refunds, disputes and adjustments. This rule does not change the consequences of voluntary campaign or ecosystem deletion under section 10, or justified measures concerning fraud or breach. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain protected.
