Creator Network programme terms
Version creator-network-2026-09-19-creator-cost-v3. These programme terms supplement the Power CM Partners terms.
Released programme version.
Creators and sellers
Joining and creating a programme has no subscription or listing charge. Each Creator is the seller of their app and must be identified at checkout. The Creator is responsible for the accuracy of the product, its delivery and support; the identified contracting party handles customer invoices, taxes and refunds according to its provider agreement and customer terms.
Network fee and partner commission
Power CM charges a 3% network fee on eligible attributed one-time payments and subscription payments within the programme earning window. The Creator sets a separate Partner commission. Both use the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping. The Creator bears actual Stripe processing costs in addition to the 3% network fee and the separate Partner commission. Amounts are calculated in the payment currency, rounded down to its minor unit; available currencies and countries depend on the verified provider circuit for that programme.
Attribution and renewals
The first eligible paid conversion binds the submitted referral to the subscription. The referral must have been generated for that programme within its attribution window. That conversion records the commission rule and earning window. Later renewals use the recorded rule. The earning window starts at the first qualifying payment and excludes its end instant. An annual payment inside the window is commissionable when paid; the renewal at or after the end is not.
Payment responsibilities
The automatic payment integration, when enabled for a reviewed programme, uses Stripe Connect. Payments may enter the platform balance held within Stripe before Stripe transfers the allocated amounts to Creator and Partner connected accounts. Power CM must not withdraw amounts owed to those beneficiaries into its own external bank account or wallet for redistribution. The 3% network fee is Power CM revenue; beneficiary allocations are not. Stripe may initially debit processing costs, refunds and disputes from the platform balance. This does not remove the Creator's agreed cost obligations. Any unrecovered amount is recorded separately; it is not represented as collected. Additional provider charges must be supported by provider records and allocated without duplication before collection.
The programme displays its enabled payment mode. Tracking-only and Creator-managed programmes do not offer automatic payouts. Their ledger represents commercial obligations, not deposits or funds held by Power CM. In Creator-managed mode the Creator pays approved commissions through an external provider and reports the reference; the Partner separately confirms receipt. Tracking-only programmes require their payout integration or settlement agreement before real partner payments can be promised. Accrued network fees are not marked collected without payment evidence.
Refunds and disputes
Commissions remain pending for the configured validation period. Full or partial refunds reduce both commission and network fee proportionally, with reversal amounts rounded up and capped at the original amounts. Disputed payments are held; a won Stripe dispute requires financial review before transfers resume, including confirmation that provider funds were restored. Reversals after a reported or confirmed settlement remain visible as an outstanding adjustment and cannot cause a second automatic withdrawal. Any recovery of previously paid amounts requires the applicable agreement and provider process.
Changes and retirement
Ordinary advertised price changes receive at least seven days of notice. Commission changes and retirement receive at least thirty days. The dashboard is the notice channel for this version. Recorded qualifying sales retain their commission rule. Product withdrawal stops new traffic after its effective date while eligible existing subscriptions continue to be accounted for. Changing a catalogue price does not amend an existing customer subscription contract.
Conduct and review
Partners must disclose commercial or affiliate relationships and keep price claims current. Self-referrals, fabricated transactions, manipulated attribution and misleading claims are prohibited. Power CM may suspend programmes for a recorded reason and review disputed evidence. Creators must keep provider connections operational for refunds and eligible renewals even after withdrawing a product.
Data and support
Creator Network stores programme information, referral identifiers, provider transaction identifiers and commission records. Bank and identity verification data should stay with the payment provider.
